Muse 3 Crashes on File Open, File Save
Just downloaded Muse 3 and went to open my scores. On File Open I get the usual open dialog window, then a swirly circle arrow, then the program unexpected close. I reset preferences, restarted, just tried File Save the Untitled score. I got the usual save dialog window, swirly circle arrow, and program crash. This does not happen with Muse 2 which I've been using several months now.

I have the same problem. I have to go back to Muse 2 because I can't open my previous scores nor save newly entered ones! :-(
Might it have something to do with the fact that I'm using a non-US (German) version of an OS?
It seems some people have a problem running MuseScore on version 10 unless they disable the internet. Use Windows+R to run MuseScore from the command line. Type musescore3 -w and see if you can run it. If this fixes it, then right click the icon, select properties and add -w after the quotes in the target field to disable the internet until the problem can be fixed by Musescore people. Also please report back if this works. If it does, also include information about you internet connection.

Sorry for the late response. Unfortunately your suggestion did not help. My computer operating system language is German and that messed up another program (Legacy Family Tree Maker) with Windows 10. I followed their suggestion and changed my operating language to English, then it worked fine. I wonder if this is a similar problem...
