Crash when copy/paste linked tablatures?
Lately I have been having a lot of problems copying and pasting measures from a score. I'm talking about MS 4.5.1.
If I tried to copy and paste more than 3 or 4 measures, the program would almost always crash. I have been doing a little research and I think it may have something to do with the tablatures linked to staves.
If you copy several measures from the whole system (i.e. including the tablature) and try to paste them, the problems start. I know you don't have to copy the linked staves but it is easier to select a part of the whole system than just certain staves.
For example, in this score for flute and ukulele with linked tablature if you copy measures 1-6 (all 3 staves) and try to paste them the program crashes.
If you do the same but without the linked tablature there is no problem.
If you try to copy and paste measures 1-3 of the 3 staves there is no problem. However, if you try to do the same with bars 1-4 the program will crash. Etc.
Mysterious, isn't it?
Note: I have modified the score because I don't want to make it public. I don't recommend trying to listen to it. : )

Confirmed. Basically, with a minimal scenario, it crashes when you copy-paste (or repeat with "R") two measures, one of which contains a single voice (say voice1) and the second contains two voices (voice 1 and 2, note or rest). And, of course, the staves must be linked. Either this scenario:

Good news, I can't reproduce with OS: Windows 11 Version 2009 or later, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.5.2-251110405, revision: 12988a5
So, fixed for the upcoming 4.5.2

Great!, thank you.
But in my score if you copy/paste measures 4-5 there´s no problem, having the 4th measure 2 voices and the fith only one voice...

Indeed. Measures 4-5 because first you have measure 4 which contains two voices, THEN measure 5 which contains only one.
It crashes with the reverse scenario: for example, measure 3 which contains only one voice, THEN measure 4 which contains two.
In short:
- Copy-paste measure 1 (one voice) + measure 2 (two voices): crash
- Copy-paste measure 1 (two voices) + measure 2 (one voice): no crash

Ah!, OK. Good job finding out, cadiz1.
