After Hibernation; The responsibility for the operation of audio-drivers and similar additional drivers belongs to the operating systems.
Try: Edit menu => Preferences => I/O Tab: click "Restart Audio and MIDI Devices" button.
Note: In my system; If I do hibernate with MuseScore 3 on, I can't try this solution, because the Operating system has completely stopped responding after wake up. (I need to do the following: Ctrl + Alt + Del, Log off, Re-login) I think this is the behavior of the Operating System in my Setup. (Win 10, 64bit, 4GB Ram)
