Musescore 3.01 and MicroKorg Don't Play Well

Hey all. I've got a MicroKorg over here hooked up to my computer via a MIDI to USB dongle. Everything works fine, except that, when I start playing music on Musescore to output to my MicroKorg, the patch the MicroKorg is on changes to the first patch and doesn't play anything until I change the patch. Is this a bug, is there a fix, or do I just need to manually change patches every playthrough? Thanks!
