deleted empty bars
In a moment of mental aberration I deleted empty bars from my score. I can't present parts looking like that. How can I get those bars back?

If you haven't closed your score, undo until they come back. I don't know where you want the empty bars so I don't know exactly where they belong. You can try Add->Measures-> then select the proper choice to add or insert measures, but I suspect you deleted other instruments' measures also.

Unfortunately I closed after deleting. I'm writing for choir, SATB & Piano. The deleted measures were in the Tenor part only.

Also the instrument, Tenor part, was deleted with the empty measures, but remains where notes are not deleted.

You can look for the backup, see https://musescore.org/en/node/52116. Only the part about scores that start with . and end with , will apply to your search.
DON'T edit the score any more until you find the backup. If you save it again, the backup will be replaced with what you see when you opened it.
Insert those measures again, select the measure after the deletion end press Ins to insert a single measure. see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/measure-operations#insert for more
