In the attached score, if you enter notes after the end repeat, the clef is ignored in the following measures. Enter a note in a measure after the repeat, enter a different clef and the note remains with the original clef.
From scratch, the clef, though invisible, affects the score. There is room for the clef at the end of the measure and notes are affected by the invisible clef.
I don't know what is different in the two samples.
