can you roll a marimba or xylophone note?
i noticed that the tremolo tool doesn't work for marimba and xylophone. is there a way to "roll" a mallet percussion instrument's note like for snare or base?

lol i just figured out what i was doing wrong. nvm
It works for me. I use the Tremolo Palette, click the note played by xylophone/marimba, double click the 3rd one (32nd through stem) and the playback worked.
P.S. I'm in MuseScore 3.0.1

I put an invisible piano pedal on the note to make it sound more like a roll that a bunch of individual notes. The only problem is that it will noticeably crescendo if the note is too long.

P.P.S It also works in MuseScore 2.3.2
