Musescore 3.0.2 crashes: Comparison Tool
I am attempting to compare two different piano reductions of a score, and I would like to use the comparison tool. However, when I open the panel, select the two scores, and click the "Compare" button, Musescore hangs for about 4 seconds and the window promptly closes. No error message, nothing. What is going on?

Just tried it with two randomly chosen scores. Nothing particular here by pressing "Compare" button. Could you join these two piano reductions so that we can check what's going on?
(and what version, OS?)
Did you find any solotion? I have the same problem.

If you're still using 3.0.2 then upgrade.
And then, if the problem still exists, then as requested to the original poster as well; please attach the score(s) showing this problem and the exact steps we'd have to take when opening them to make the crash happen.

My configuration:
OS: macOS 10.14, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.2.3.22971, revision: d2d863f
I have tried with different scores, and it seems to be this score that is the problem. I tried to compare two different versions of this file, then nothing happens. Musescore does not detect differences. I can' t see why this file should be a problem. It is imported from Sibelius via uncompressed .xml. Vær Utålmodig Menneske.mscz

So, I've opened that file, changed a few things and saved it as a new file (see attachment).
Then having, both files open, I went to View → Compare
On the bottomleft I made sure that the first score selected was the original and the second score is the modified version. After pressing the compare button a listing of the differences does appear.
It includes some "fake" changed black to black entries for the triplet color, but also does contain the real changes.
