Unexpected behaviour when deleting system breaks in page view

In the attached file in page view:

1) insert a system break at the end of bar 17
2) insert another at the end of bar 25
3) delete the break at the end of bar 17
4) delete the break at the end of bar 25.

The spacing in the system beginning bar 31 is greater than before the breaks were inserted.

5) save the file as System Break Test A.

The spacing is restored to the original.

or

5b) switch to continuous view and back to page view

The spacing is restored to the original.

Seems there is a faulty or missing redraw.
