Fingerings may need to be moved onto the staff, even when autoplacement is set to ON: currently, this is possible for LH Guitar Fingering; but Fingering and RH Guitar Fingering only allow this for unbeamed notes and String numbers not at all. This facility needs to be extended to all fingerings.

In order to have a fingering on the staff with autoplace, simply use a custom text style (one of the "User" styles). The others are defined to have very specific placements, but the user styles are your do define as you please.
