1) As in screen shot 01, there is a time signature change in adjacent bars in a part.
2) Add a line break right at the change place. A time signature appears at the end of the first line, another appears at the beginning of the second line. That's normal.
3) Remove the line break. Now the two lines join again. However, double time signatures appear at the changing bar.
4) The first time signature cannot be deleted. Only the second can.

In order to investigate, we would need you to attach your actual score, not just a picture. Also say which specific version you are using (Help / About)
There is a field "Reported version", however, not fine grained enough. Would be better to list all releases there? I'm using 3.0.4. The score I was working on was in Chinese. Don't know if may cause trouble to you guys. So I will try to upgrade an English song from V2 to V3. And attach later.
The language doesn't matter. We can read it.
