1-Ctrl+n to open the 'Score creation assistant'
2-when choosing a template,
cliking on ''Musique de chambre/Quintet à cordes'' (''Chamber music/String Quintet'') brings up the ''Quatuor à cordes'' (''String Quartet'') template
and
cliking on ''Musique de chambre/Quatuor à cordes'' (''Chamber music/String Quartet'') brings up the ''Quintet à vent'' (''Wind Quintet) template.

Confirmed.
Some French translations contains some errors.
Corrected now, Go to 'Ressource Manager -> Languages' Update French translations
Thanks to have pointed out thes inconsistancies.

Thanks for the quick answer. As suggested, I updated the french language in the ressource manager, then resarted the application and still, the tmeplates are not correct.
Am I missing something?
It takes some time for the translation to update. Next time it says you can update it will probably have the corrections you need.

Do not forget that the translations are pushed only on the last release, that is 3.0.5
if you have an earlier version, 3.0.4, or even before, upgrade MuseScore, launch Ressource Manager, you will have the correct language.

Thanks Mike, I have verified 20 minutes after corrected strings in Transifex, the corrected translations was there.
But only for 3.0.5 for sure.
@JLWaltener Only the last released version gets translation updates until shortly before the next release when the current version is frozen. You should get e-mails telling when this happens.

@mike320 It's why I tell to DanielP63 to verify the version, translations for 3.0.5 are not yet frozen for now.
