Problem with repeat signs

I have repeat bars in my score and segno and Del-segno signs. In the second passage the repeat bars are ignored and a phrase isn't repeated. I use example from Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dal_segno) that says that the note B should be repeated twice (but MIDI file contradict it).
