How do I notate pitch bending?

I have a guitar tune I'm notating and one of the notes requires about a quarter tone raised note, how do I notate that with Musescore? I know I can change the tone value in the Inspector, but that doesn't actually show up in notation, it only changes the sound when you play it back. So how do I add a quarter tone/pitch bending/string bending symbol to the notation?
