Cross break beaming incorrectly displayed

While transcribing a work by Lili Boulanger, I have come across a problem with beaming.
The music has a cross-rhythm which is notated by using a beam that crosses the barlines. If there is a break at the barline then unattached beams are used either side of the break:

Musescore 2.2 displays the beam before the break correctly, but omits the beam altogether after the break:

Musescore 3.0.5 ignores the modified beam, so the cross-rhythm is lost:

In both cases, removing the page break results in a correctly displayed cross-barline beam.
