How can I get my money back?
Hello!
When I first downloaded musescore I was offered a free trial, and without thinking, I got it. But i was not informed when the trial was about to end. No emails or notifications, nothing! And when i woke up today, they had charged 40 euros from my bank account. That would’ve been fine if they had notified me about it. I could’ve canceled it, but they didn’t notify me. And now i don’t have money for food this week. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! So if anyone knows how i could get it back, please, please contact me.
