I tried and can't find anything related to solfa notation. Am using musescore version 2.0.3

That's very out of date. The solfa notation is in versions 3.x. You can use a plugin for 2.x versions. See https://musescore.org/en/project/add-note-name-noteheads

Better update to 2.3.2 and install 3.0.5 in parallel
