Feature: Change default behavior when pasting tuplet

Rather than blocking a user from replacing a tuplet with another tuplet of the same or greater length from the clipboard, why not have the pasted tuplet simply replace the original one? That would allow, for example, the user to copy a duplet, click on the first note of triplet, and hit paste to replace it. The triplet would be automatically deleted before the duplet is pasted. Right now, the user gets a dialogue box "Cannot past into tuplet" even when the tuplet is not being pasted "into" another tuplet but is completely replacing it.
