How to add 3 stacked minums with a crotchet on the top in 2/4.I have looked at voices but have only looked at a section in two parts on one stave which js what I'm trying to find, on only the treble clef stave.

Using voices is the right way to do this. Insert the minims, change the voice and insert the crotchet.
If you want the crotchet is on top, that means you should enter it into voice 1 first, then enter the minims in voice 2 as a chord.
