Auto crop for PNG export
Hi,
I would really appreciate the following feature. I often set a single verse of a song to put it into a document (song sheet etc.). For this, I export it into a PNG. However, I still have to crop it laboriously with a separate graphic program. Therefore, it would be great if MuseScore could automatically crop the PNG (= cut it to the smallest possible rectangle by eliminating as much white border around the music as possible) during the export progress.
The "auto cropping" could be added as an option to the "Options > Export" tab.

See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/command-line-options and the -T option
Also see the Image Capture tool (camera icon at far right of toolbar). Right-click the region and choose "Auto-resize to page".
Or use the MuseScore Example Manager extension for LibreOffice, which currently isn't working right with the latest versions of LibreOffice and is still on my todo list to fix.

Thanks, Marc,
that's (nearly) what I needed!
One remark: The auto-resize feature erroneously includes symbols like the manual line-feed arrow:

That should depend on whether you save in print- or screen mode

As far as I see, it doesn't. In both modes, the PNG contains a white empty area where the program displayed the symbol.

Right, because the resize command doesn't know which way you plan to save it. In theory it should adapt according to your setting of View / Show Unprintable, but apparently it doesn't. That's worth submitting as a bug.
