Confirmed as a regression in 3.1.0. Saving the drumset as standard 1 does work correctly in 3.0.5

This sounds a lot like #290147: Mixer not remembering changes in the channels. The only difference is that it's a drumset rather than pitched sound. If fixing the other issue doesn't fix this, then it should be reopened.
