Ghost notes
I'm not sure what I did, but I was creating a score and it was working fine then suddenly it starting glitching out, and now when I delete notes, they still play in playback, and when I add new notes, the don't play in playback.

In order to understand and assist, we would need you to attach your score. I can only guess you have invisible instruments (Edit / Instruments) and have also muted some instruments (View / Mixer).
