Key instruments copy and paste
I've created a brass band full score in musescore and want to copy out the individual instrument parts (the instruments are a mix of E flat and B flat). No matter what I do I don't seem to be able to get the new file to recognise music from a key instrument without displaying it in concert pitch. Is there a way of making the new file accept music from a key instrument or do I have to re-write this for each instrument again?

I might not be understanding the question fully, and it sounds as though you need to be using the Concert Pitch button. If you don't know about this already then I suspect this is what you're looking for. Toggle the button to show the brass parts either in either concert pitch or as written pitch. The Concert Pitch button remembers the settings for each part of the score. So once you've generated the parts from the score (with Parts command and then hitting the Generate button in that dialogue box), you can adjust each player's part as you need. I hope I've not misunderstood your question and you already know all of that. (Oh, and if you don't see Concert Pitch button look under View|Toolbars - though I think it is displayed by default.)
