For what I'm seeing right now, remove the parts and recreate them resolves the issue. See: Buttermilk Hill_2.mscz

More precisely, a corruption (empty measure) is located measure 60 in the MDL Basse Line 5 part. Deleting this part and recreating it will be enough to stabilize the file.
My guess at the moment is to think that it is related to this issue (#290546: Copy-paste a part with mm rests on another part/mm rests leads to corruption/crash) fixed since yesterday's last update.
@Mike Bastian: just to know, do you recall a similar operation (or a few) i.e. copy-past the content of an instrument part in another one (here in MDL Line)? And so, with multimeasure rests enabled.
