Giving Unpitched Percussion Instruments Pitch

I was wondering if there was a way to give an unpitched percussion instrument different pitches, as in being able to arrange notes in a 5-line staff, each space with their own pitch, like any other pitched instrument there is. I need to be able to give a cuica sound multiple pitches in one staff, but the "tuning" editing does not allow me to raise and lower the pitches to my desired sound.
