Can't Play My Piece

When working on arrangements, sometimes I'll play through my piece in the editor to see what it sounds like so far and fix anything I missed. Since the last two updates, it won't let me do that anymore. No matter what I do or try, it simply won't let me play it. The play button remains greyed out. Please Help!
