"An error occurred"...
A youtube video plays fine on youtube, but not on my MS page with score. I mentioned this at .com yesterday thinking the request belonged there. If they are looking into it, they have not alerted me.
Somehow I think this not an unusual occurrence. Is there a fix handy?

access the audio settings (see image) but it seems to me to be an argument for .com

I did not understand your reply, but decided to refer my situation to support@musescore. Trying to remedy the matter myself only made it worse. :-/
