Scaling number input problem

Please take a look at the scaling text box in Page Settings. Let's try to change to 1.65
1) select decimal values
2) write 6
3) try to write 5 (stops responding)
4) select the second decimal (probably 0)
5) write 5 to get 1.65

Should be much easier to change value.
