.Drm Bug

When I load a .drm file, it always has a tambourine in slot 54. When I change and save it to what I want it to be, it still loads as a tambourine. Does anyone else have this issue and if anyone knows how to fix it could they let me know.

That file is basically empty, contains no drumset defintions:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<museScore version="3.01">
  </museScore>

But then it should load with nothing, except when i load it, it has tambourine in slot 54.

When I load the file, i load it from the Drumset instrument which has tambourine in slot 54. Is it just a bug that it keeps that slot the same then?
