Volta text style
When I add a volta, the volta number is in bold font. I can change these individually by selecting the volta, opening the inspector, and changing the font parameters under "Text line details", but is there a way to set the default style for volta numbers? (There is a style under Format > Styles > Text styles > Text line, but the default there is already not-bold.)

Use the "set as style" button (with the label "S") right next to the control in the Inspector to make that the style setting. There's a "set as style" button for every property that comes from a style setting, so you should not need to go to the Styles dialog very often.
