Simply have a look to the BOOK https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/tuplets
Not with a slur though, but with a square bracket. Tuplet slur is an old style MuseScore doesn't support yet.
If you really want this older-style engraving, Just enter a triplet without bracket, add the slur and adjust positions to suit. You can make one and copy it if that helps.
