MDL dynamics don't work
I'm trying to have a drumroll witha snare line going from pianissimo to forte in a few measures and the dynamics are just at mezzo-forte the whole time

This is currently a known limitation with single note dynamics. See #289898: Cresc./dim. are ignored for tremolos.
