Polish handbook fixed

Hello,
I have fixed broken links inside polish handbook. The problem was I had not added some sites to books content. Now I think it ok.

It looks like all the pages are included in the book now but they are not in the chapter structure as they should be. For example if you look at the structure of the Polish handbook here:

http://www.musescore.org/pl/admin/content/book/2495

You will notice that it does not match the outline of the English handbook:

http://www.musescore.org/en/admin/content/book/51

This means that the pages of the PDF for the Polish handbook will not be grouped by subject. Does that make sense?

Update: Before editing the structure of the handbook you need to finish translating the last few pages of the handbook: "Getting Started", "Basics", "Notation", "Sound and playback", "Text", "Formatting" and "Support".

If you click on the Translator assignments link on the right-hand side of the website then click on Polish it will show you each of these pages. (Click on the "untranslated" link to start translating a page) Once the "Getting started", "Basics", and other remaining pages are translated they can be used to form the structure of the handbook. Until these pages are translated it is no possible to mimic the structure of the English handbook.
