I can no longer upgrade Muse3
When I try to run a Muse3 upgrade program, I get a Windows message: The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Then It cites the source as C;\users\name\appdata\local\temp\update- (followed by a long number). When I access the folder, there are no files that start with "update."
I tried to delete Muse3 to reinstall a new version, but Windows will not allow me to delete the current version because it can't find the file mentioned above.
I would appreciate any suggestions or guidance.
Thanks
Pete

Try installing as Administrator and make sure that the firewall (Defender) is active.

Thanks. I tried to install as you suggested, but I am an administrator, so the run as admin prompt doesn't appear. I received the same error message.
Since there is now another thread with a similar problem, and both of us have had no problems in the past, I'm wondering if this could be tied to the latest Windows update #1903?
