Request: Remember instrument collection
I exclusively write for "Early Music" instruments. So I start a new composition, add instruments. If I then later add more instruments, please open on Early Music, and not on Common Instruments.

Agreed. I use the orchestra list mostly and get annoyed that I have to either use search or change to the orchestral list.

....and for the perfect solution maybe also open the "wind instruments" triangle within Early Music, because that's where I spend 99 percent of my time.
Same here. I tend to use a wide range of instruments (usually because I'm trying to imitate the sound of the synths I might use for the final draft), so if there was some setting I could use to make "All Instruments" always show instead of only "Common Instruments" it would make things a lot easier. Especially since I choose instruments for sound and not by name, so I usually have to go through the dialog multiple times to find the best one.
