how do I write chord names/symbols above the lines like a "fake book"

I want to write chord names (Cm, D#, F7 etc.) on the page, above the lines of the score, like a simple jazz fake book, above the lines, that will have the notes of the melody.

I hope I am making myself clear, and that you can please tell me how to do this. I am attaching a sample of what I mean, that I copied from Wikipedia.

Thank you for your help, this type of fake-book style score, or chart, is all I really need this software for, so I appreciate some guidance o how to do this with the program.
