Which version are you using? In the Help menu click the square next to the 3.2.x.xxxx (or whatever the version) and this copies it onto the clipboard. You can then paste it into your reply. Also, have you tried this on multiple scores or is this just on one score.
Someone is likely to tell you to revert to factory settings, and this will probably fix the problem but leave you and everyone in the dark as to why it happened.
Even if you've tried multiple scores, if they all crash, very possibly they all have something in common. So if the factory reset doesn't solve it, please attach one score you are having trouble with and give precise steps to reproduce the problem (eg, which note specifically should we click before starting playback, how long to wait before expecting a crash, etc)
