Is there a way to add 'simile' to a score?
I'm writing for piano and I want to add pedal in the same way throughout the score. Is there an easy way to do this, like a marking like 'simile', 'sim.', or 'etc.'?

Use staff text (it won't affect playback though)

Sim. would be another good upgrade for musescore4

That makes perfect sense. And in many pieces of music, it isn't EXACTLY repeated the same in every single measure. There are often differences, many of them through interpretation anyway. I like the idea of using staff text to display 'simile' (for the pianist to interpret), and then add appropriate pedal locations and durations and save them accordingly.
I disagree. Rather than normal System Text or Staff Text, use expression text: Add / Text / Expression text, or Ctrl+E.
