If you select an accidental, there is a small checkbox in the inspector (press F8 to see it) that allows for small accidentals. You can enter your score, right click an accidental choose select>All similar items and change all accidentals to small with one click.
However, it would be useful to know why you are seeing accidentals too big. They should be the proper size according to standard rules of notation by default. So unless you have done something unusual to cause this not to be the case (and I can't even think what that might be), you should never need to change anything here. Can you attach your score showing the too-big accidentals?

I enlarge and add the names of the notes, like EZ Play music. When I make the regular music the size is fine.
