Wrong font shown in the Inspector and Style, cannot change
Attached is a screenshot. As you can see, both the Inspector and the Style toolbar show that the selected text "Title" is set with the FreeSerif font. However, this is not FreeSerif, this is FreeSans.
If I select any other font, the actual typeface on the page is not changed, fundamentally breaking font support.
I am using Manjaro Linux, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.2.3., revision: d2d863f
The version of Qt is 5.13.1.
Please help.

Something seems wrong on your system, but it isn't clear what. Is that some Linux distro? Which? And which version of MuseScore (Help / About), and how is it being installed/run (from repository, AppImage, etc)?

I've updated the post to include my OS information and the version of software. I'm on Manjaro Linux and the version of MuseScore is from the official repository (not AUR, not AppImage).
ISTR recent reports of font related bugs with MuseScore and Qt 5.13

Yes, that's the exact same problem.
