Virtual piano keyboard
The virtual piano keyboard won't play in Musescore 3. Have just imported Musescore 2 scores into 3 and deleted 2 off laptop as they seemed to be conflicting. Any thoughts?

versions 2 and 3 don't conflict unless you were unfortunate enough to find a copy of version 3.0 (current version is 3.2.3). Do you get any sound? My first guess would be no, in which case you should check out the possibilities in https://musescore.org/en/node/96811.
Thanks Mike. I do get playback sound and I’ll check which version is on my laptop.
Could be something about the properties of staff it is trying to play. Please attach your score and steps to reproduce the problem so we can understand and assist better.
