Which version of MuseScore (Help / About)? How was it installed/run (eg, AppImage, from a repository, etc)? Is this a 32-bit build or 64? Does the pi have matching audio drivers for the architecture (I gather pi may be 32 only)? What do you see in Edit / Preferences / I/O?
In general, it's better to ask for help in the Support forum, chances are much better that someone with appropriate experience in that area will see your question and be able to assist.
Great! 2.3.2 is old and won't receive further updates. I gather there may not be ARM builds of any MuseScore 3 release, that's something that will hopefully change as ARM laptops become more mainstream (e.g. Chromebooks, Surface Pro X).

In reply to Which version of MuseScore … by Marc Sabatella
It is 2.3.2 version
arch is armv7l (last standard raspbian OS based on debian 10). I got the musescore software from repository with Apt
It was Pulse audio by default. I checked Alsa audio, and now play is enabled. The issue that it was a bad default value. Thanks for your help.
Kind regards
Fabrice
