Save as copy: if copy file is already open, let it be reset or updated after save

Suggestion:
If the user has open two files, call them [File1] and [File2], and from working within [File1] the user decides to "Save a Copy" and utilize [File2]'s filename, the current behavior does not update or refresh [File2] as it is open. Although this may seem rare to do this, on the occasion that the user performs in such a way, it would seem appropriate that after "Save a Copy" is utilized, if that very file is currently open in MuseScore, have MuseScore refresh it in some logical fashion: either automatically or with a prompt asking the user if it should be "refreshed" since it has been modified like with some text editors.
