connect Medeli SF4200 electronic piano to Musescore3

I am not able to use my Medeli SF4200 piano to connect to Musescore3. I am using a USB cable to connect. The piano shows up on device manager in Windows 7 as USB Audio Device.
Under preferences in Musescore 3,
API: What option. MME, Windows Direct Sound, ASI0, Windows WASAPI or Windows WIDM-KS?
Device:
MIDI input: MMS, USB AudioDevice (the only option) Same for MIDI output.

Any help would be appreciated.
