what is a backup file?
Try double clicking on the file.
See:
https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000429.htm
https://www.computerhope.com/jargon/f/fileext.htm
(again. general computer topics)
Specifically for MuseScore file types, see:
https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/file-formats#musescore-native-format
and especially note the section about renaming if you wish to open MuseScore backup files.

If there is a comma at the end of the file extension, you must rename it to remove the comma or MuseScore does not know how to open the file. This is a backup file. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/file-formats#msczcomma

Please stop trying to explain to the OP that he must remove the comma.
He must not, he is just asking what file is it.
Answer is: a backup file.
Don't touch it, don't try to open it.

Yes, but he wrote: when i clicked on them they would not open... why don't they open? - so apparently he tried to open them.
Anyhow, it's still good to practice as a 'fire drill' - just in case something like this happens again:

(BTW: the same OP)

These are pre-3.5 backup scores, all newer ones would be gathered in a .mscbackup subdirectory. And whether or where can even get configured in Edit > Preferences > Advanced
