volta numbers
I want to write 1-4 for first ending and 5 for second. How do I do that?

Select the volta and make sure the inspector is open (F8). Change the Begin text and repeat list to 1-4 for the first and 5 for the second. Also, insert a repeat barline on the last measure of the first volta. Right click this measure and set the play count to 5, since that section of measures will play a total of 5 times.
One additional comment on this score. I understand why you used lyrics for the chords even though you could have pressed ctrl+k and entered them and b will automatically turn into a flat sign in the proper spot and the # sign will turn into a sharp as needed. In lyrics you can press ctrl+shift+b to get a flat and ctrl+shift+# to get a real sharp. Though not often used in chords, ctrl+shift+h gets you a natural sign. These work for any text entry except chords.
