Making Double Staved Instruments Smaller - Musescore 3.3.0 4761df6

Every time I go to make the size of the piano staves smaller, it only makes the top one smaller.

I click on the "piano" and proceed to "Stave/Part Properties" btw!

If I'm doing something wrong I'd be very surprised...

Each staff can be controlled separately. Do this for each staff since this is a staff property. Technically (and internally for MuseScore) the name is only attached to the top staff.
