Fonts

Hey everyone. I'm in the stages of formatting a score, but I want to change the title fonts and the other important word fonts (name, subtitle, etc.), but I'm not sure what font(s) I should choose. If anyone has any recommendations of fonts they like to use besides basic FreeSerif, I'd like to hear them. I'm going for professional but less "default" looking. Also, if anyone knows what fonts the big publishing companies use that would be great.
