Reading the Readme.md from a plugin
Not sure if there's a default way to read these; say, within Musescore itself. Otherwise, how do I read it?
Thanks.

Like which one exactly? Those render best in Github.com.
No way to read them inside MuseScore

It's CourtesyAccidentals. It was the Readme that was part of the extracted download.
So, the Readme files aren't for the user?

The read me is for the user, but they are made to be read on github, where the plugins are stored.

that .md stands for MarkDown, which is (supposed to be) human readable in its raw form, but better looking in a rendered from, (like GitHub does)
Do ypou mean https://musescore.org/en/project/add-and-remove-courtesy-accidentals ?
If so check https://github.com/heuchi/courtesyAccidentals to see how its Reame.md renders there.

Okay, I see now. On the MuseScore link for the plugin, I can see now the link posted here for the Readme at the very bottom. The problem is that the link doesn't say it's is or includes the Readme.md file, which would really be helpful if it were marked as such. Perhaps future plugins can note that.
Thanks much.
Notepad++ does an excellent job with most text formats and this .md is no exception. Well worth having installed on your PC :)
