The Play Button is always gray and can't press.
Same when I press space ,it didn't work.

I tried steps but still no work...
I also reinstalled and tried 32 bit version but nothing happened.
The last picture shows you have no midi output selected. I have API: MME and Speakers/Headphones (IDT high... selected for mine. The Speakers/Headphone option is the same thing my speaker icon on my Windows taskbar says when I left click it.

the drop-down list didn't work whether left click or right click.
I'll try to reinstall and restart after I go home.

Also make sure your audio drivers are up-to-date. Sometime windows auto updates leave you needing to update audio drivers also and this may cause your problem.
